The rooms were fantastic! They had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The balconies were a great addition, perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus for someone like me who loves staying connected.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the flat-screen TVs in every room. But hey, that's just me.

We had a pleasant stay at this charming guesthouse. The owner, Marco, was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and a fridge. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace. The guesthouse is also within walking distance to the beach, which was a plus. we had a great experience at Rooms And Apartments Ana and would highly recommend it.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale nel cuore della vivace città. Si trova vicino a numerosi ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni turistiche. Inoltre, la struttura offre una vista spettacolare sulla città dal piano più alto, un vantaggio unico che sicuramente delizierà gli ospiti.
Uno degli aspetti negativi menzionati nelle recensioni riguarda il servizio poco attento e la pulizia superficiale delle camere.

I recently stayed at Rooms And Apartments Ana in Zadar for a few days. The owner, Marco, and Maria, the cleaning staff, were both charming and helpful. They assisted us with finding a replacement GPS cord and allowed us to use their washer for laundry. The spacious room had a fridge and a balcony, and the hotel was situated in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to a nice restaurant. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Croatia. Happy traveling!
